I have an inquiry about a premium cube

Premium cubes (all puzzles found in the Premium tab) are hand lubricated and adjusted by experts. Settings and lubrication selection are made to form a strong foundation for performance. Adjustments by the user may be needed to fully personalize a premium cube. All policies found in this portal apply to premium cubes. 

If you do not like your premium cube, please contact us and we will work together with you to craft a personalized solution. Solutions include but are not limited to replacement puzzles or parts, troubleshooting and personalization guidance, refund, or exchange.
