An item I ordered is missing
On rare occasions, you may receive a package from us with something missing.
If we miss sending you an item, please alert us within one week of receipt and let us know. We can offer a replacement immediately or in any future order. We will be responsible for any shipping costs for replacements sent out this way.
If you no longer wish to receive the missing item, we can issue a refund equal to the item’s value plus shipping costs.
