I was sent the incorrect item

On rare occasions, you may receive an item you did not intend to order. 


If we sent you the incorrect item, please alert us within one week of receipt with documentation showing the incorrectly sent item. We can send the correct item or issue a refund. In some cases, we may ask for the return of the incorrectly sent item. If we request a return, we will be responsible for the cost of shipping back to us. To effectuate this policy, we require items sent back to us to be in new condition. 


If you ordered the wrong item by mistake, please let us know and we can work on replacing it. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for replacing and exchanging these items. To effectuate this policy, we require items sent back to us to be in new condition.
