My package seems to be lost

We consider a package lost when it does not arrive in 15 business days after being sent and the last tracking update is 10 days old showing no movement. We can reship any order that is lost. 


For international orders: we consider a package lost when it does not arrive in 45 business days after being sent and the last tracking update is 30 days old showing no movement. We can reship any order that is lost. 


If an order is lost because we were provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the customer is responsible for any shipping fees (if they existed in the original order) for a reshipment. If you no longer want the package, we can issue a refund equal to order subtotal (not including shipping). 


If an order is lost due to a postal system error, we can reship the order free of charge. If you no longer want the package, we can issue a full refund including any shipping charges that originally existed. 


If you eventually receive a lost order, we kindly ask that you refuse the package so that we can retrieve the lost items.
