How do I track my international shipment?
This article is only relevant to orders shipped by our Economy International service also known as GlobalPost. If your order is shipped by DHL/UPS then see the tracking link that was sent to you.
If your tracking number starts with "RU" or "RL":
You need to locate the carrier tracking number (this is different that the tracking number sent to you originally!) You can find it by accessing the GlobalPost tracker, and locating the entry that looks like this:
The code circled in red is your carrier tracking number
If the tracking number sent to you originally does not begin with "RU" or "RL", then it also the carrier tracking number.
Find your country from the table below, and access the tracking page. The website should recognize the carrier tracking number. If your country is not included, it may be because your country's national postal carrier does not provide door-to-door tracking for this service.
