Why have I not received a refund even though I was sent an email saying a refund was issued?

If you have received an email confirmation that a refund has been issued to you, then our payment processor has already already removed the funds from our account and initiated a distribution back towards the payment method. Following this, it may still take a number of business days for the funds to reach your account. If it has taken more than a week, we would advise that you contact your bank and/or credit card company, as there is unfortunately nothing we can do on our end to assist you further.

Please note that if you placed an order using a gift card or store credit voucher, the refund will be issued back to the gift card/voucher rather than to your credit or debit card.
