How do I return a product that I do not want?
If you have ordered a product which you have decided is not to your liking and that you would like to return for a reimbursement, please send us a message within 4 weeks of the date of delivery. A return request may still be authorized outside of this 4 week window, but it is not guaranteed and may result in a restocking fee. The reason for this policy is that 4 weeks is plenty of time for regular mishandling or misuse to cause damage to a product. Some clemency with returns outside the 4 week window may be granted to customers can show photographic evidence that the return item has been used minimally and that it as well as the packaging remain in very good condition.
Please note that in the following return situations a restocking fee may, but will not necessarily, be assessed based on discretionary factors. Outside of extenuating circumstances, this typically will not be more than 20%.
- Does not include the original box/packaging, or it is torn apart
- Missing accessories that the product was sent with
- Product is cosmetically damaged in a way that could not have been caused during manufacturing, transit, assembly, or servicing
- Product is being returned considerably outside the 4 week return window
If the product is damaged to the extent that it cannot be made whole or usable without replacement parts, or if the product is disassembled to the extent that it would take more than 5 minutes to re-assemble it, then no reimbursement will be issued.

For returns, we ask that the customer acquire their own shipping label, and to send us the tracking information as soon as the carrier provides it.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND RETURNS TO US WITHOUT BEING GIVEN A CLEAR RETURN AUTHORIZATION FROM A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. IF YOU DO THIS, YOU WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED.
