What should I do if my shipment is being returned to sender?

A shipment will be returned to sender if the postal service does not know what else to do with it. This could be due to a multitude of different reasons, or even be a mistake made by the postal carrier.

If the tracking page says that your package is being returned to sender, it is usually too late for you to do anything about it. In  this case, please send us an email: provide your order number as well as an explanation to your best knowledge as to why it is being returned. In most cases we are willing to re-ship the package as a courtesy once it gets back to us, even if the reason for the return is that you entered in an incorrect or incomplete address. Please note that for international customers, we may re-invoice you for shipping if you would like it to be re-shipped.
